The Concerto No. 2 for Double Bass and
Orchestra was the first work composed by Proto for François
Rabbath. This newly-edited piano reduction makes it practical, for the
first time, serious study and performance by the advanced
performer. A spectacular
recording by Rabbath is avalible on Red Mark.
Concerto No. 2 is playable in both orchestra and solo tuning.
