The Dali Gallery

The family of Ricard Pichot were neighbors and good friends of the Dalís and visited often. This portrait, an oil on canvas, was painted by the 16 year-old Dalí in 1920 and shows that he had already acquired the technique that continued to develop and serve him well for many years to come.

The music is a feature soli for the cello section.
