A freely formed fantasia inspired by the fourth act of Verdi's Opera Otello and the fifth act of Shakespeare's Otello, The Death of Desdemona is performed - in either orchestra or solo tuning - with a splendid variety of advanced electronic sounds all originating with the double bass. The sounds are supplied on a high quality Performance Master Compact Disc. The CD includes both the orchestra and solo tuning versions of the electronic part.
