On February 23, 2014 the Blue Ash-Montgomery Symphony Orchestra, conducted by music director Michael Chertock, presented the world premiere performance of Frank Proto's Divertimento for Cello and Orchestra. The soloist was 19 year old Benjamin Fryxell, a first year student at The Juilliard School of Music.
